Ambient People is recruiting an interim Finance Officer for a central London local government organisation. Working within the adult social care directorate and specifically supporting mental health services, you will support the management of Section 75 funding returns. We are seeking candidates with prior experience of working within mental health services previously, and indeed those with prior experience managing Section 75 funding.

A leading charity is looking for a Senior Finance Officer to join them on a 3-day per week basis for an initial 2-month temporary assignment.  Reporting to the Finance Director and working in a small team based in their Central London Head office, the Senior Finance Officer will: Oversee and support the work of the Finance Officer Reconcile and record all income and income releases for  project funding liaising with the relevant internal teams when required Reconcile all fundraising income liaising with the CRM team to ensure income is correctly recorded and coded Bank reconciliation Fixed Asset Reconciliation It is envisaged that the Part-Time Senior Finance Officer will have prior experience working within the Charity sector, be AAT Qualified or CIMA/ACCA part-qualified and have strong double-entry accounting skills.
