About You: Proven experience working as a Finance Officer, ideally within a school or educational setting in the UK.Strong understanding of financial procedures and regulations relevant to UK schools.Experience in payroll management, including processing salaries, taxes, and pensions (essential).Proficiency in using Financial Management Systems (FMS) such as SIMS, Sage, or similar (essential).Excellent numeracy and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
