You will be responsibility for stocks at our other sites across the country. Key Responsibilities as Supply Chain Coordinator: Assisting with stock management, forecasting and stock movement between internal sites and assist with stock query investigationsAssisting with supply chain management, admin for deliveries direct to our customers and own sites including processing of supplier non-conformance complaint with BRCGS procedurePlacing purchase orders with suppliers, confirming delivery dates and following up goods in bookingsLiaising with our Operations, Customer Service and Sales teams on stock requirementsUpdating supplier BRCGS documentation held on central systemProcessing invoicesAssisting with new customer enquiries from concept to conversion/closure, keeping records up to date throughout the processCustoms clearancePlacing stationery orders Key Requirements: Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skillsGreat customer serviceCommunication skillsGood level of written and spoken EnglishAccuracy to detailProblem-solving skillsI.T LiterateDynamic, motivated, reliable team player Disclaimer: Due to the high amount of interest that we receive for each of our roles, unfortunately we cannot respond to each application individually, therefore if you do not hear back from one of our consultants within 14 days then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for this role.
