Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the offices based in WARWICK and 2 days from home. Job Responsibilities, B2C marketing to promote the company offering target audiences and B2B marketing of membership which supports the professional development of members. Writing quality, relevant articles for target audiences. Extract and condensing information as appreciate to write news articles. Repurposing content content created by commercial and non for-profit partners. Planning and creating content for bulk email communications, testing, sharing, using reporting to improve performance. Managing contacts and segmenting audiences to deliver triggered campaigns. Tracking ROI of a campaign to implement continues improvement. Developing new audiences across online B2B and B2C spaces. Creating effective social communications, social listening, and monitoring accounts on social channels using Hootsuite. Skills and experience required, Previous experience within a similar role Experience of campaign management from planning to completion Knowledge of the membership, housing or public sector industry B2B and B2C experience.
