We are working with a well-established, multi-award-winning boutique wealth management firm, based in the City of London, providing independent financial advice to high-net-worth individuals and their families.The firm advises across Pensions, Investments and Life Assurance from the whole of the market and is widely recognised within the industry for the quality of its client service and professional standards.Due to continued growth, including multiple recent acquisitions across the UK, the business is now looking to appoint two Client Support professionals to join its London team.The RolesTwo Client Support opportunities are available, offering distinct career paths:Client Support – FP Administration PodThis role sits within a team-based support structure and would suit an experienced career Financial Planning Administrator who enjoys a structured environment supporting multiple advisers.Salary towards the higher end of the banding.Client Support – Dedicated Adviser SupportThis position supports two Financial Planners directly and is well suited to someone looking to broaden their exposure and progress their career within Financial Planning.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the financial planning and advice process to ensure a high-quality client experienceProcessing new client documentation in line with internal procedures and data protection requirementsCreating and maintaining accurate client records on the CRM systemLiaising with product providers to obtain policy and investment informationPreparing client meeting packs and supporting documentationWorking closely with Advisers and Paraplanners to issue reports and new business applicationsMaintaining accurate records of client and provider communicationsEnsuring all activity is completed in line with compliance and regulatory standardsCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Previous experience within a Financial Planning / Wealth Management support roleStrong communication skills at all levelsA methodical approach with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasksThe ability to work well within a team and on their own initiativeA client-focused mindset with high attention to detailIT literacy, including MS Word and ExcelA desire to pursue or continue financial services qualifications (fully supported)Package & Benefits£32,000 – £38,000 basic salaryQuarterly bonus (c. 15% of salary)Employee Shareholder SchemeComprehensive benefits package25 days holiday plus 3 additional days over ChristmasHybrid working – 3 days per week in the officeExcellent long-term career development opportunities as the firm continues to grow nationallyA first class opportunity to work for a growing business offering genuine career development opportunities.
