Case Manager
At BK Plus we are seeking a Case Manager - Insolvency to join our growing Banking & Restructuring team. Overseeing a portfolio of insolvency cases assigned to Case Administrators from inception to completion (all case types) As a Case Manager your duties will include Management of Case AdministratorsAttending external & internal meetings with Directors and key stakeholdersWorking closely and reporting to the Insolvency Practitioners on case strategy development and implementation and case progressionReviewing (and preparing) documentation in accordance with statutory requirementsAttending site and any associated mattersEnsuring case matters are progressed in a timely and compliant mannerReviewing, amending and critiquing case work prepared by Case AdministratorsInvolvement on cases with assets or complex mattersSupporting Case Administrators to ensure case diaries are managed and cases are progressed adequatelyManaging Case Administrators workloadsProviding support to IP’s on case progression and complianceAssisting with the training and support of Case AdministratorsDelegating work to others as and when requiredSupporting business development through attendance at networking eventsCollaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficienciesParticipating in training sessions and professional development activitiesDemonstrating a strong commitment to ethical and transparent conduct in all interactions The ideal Case Manager will: Have experience working in Practice as a Case Manager overseeing a portfolio of cases or an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator who has had exposure to overseeing cases looking to step into a Managerial role.Hold a valid UK Driving licenceHave strong credibility and a great reputation in the insolvency sector within practice.
