Finance Business Partner
Robert Half is supporting a global client in Cheltenham to recruit an interim finance business partner for 4-6 months on a day rate basis. This role is within the commercial finance division, offering an inclusive environment with career growth opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct reviews and analyses, taking ownership of new deal modelling and structuring, internal business plans, contract margin reviews, order intake, and backlog analysis. You will play a key role in providing the business with sound, commercial, and compliant financial advice, and collaborate with other finance areas to fully support the company's financial needs. Pay; £380pd - £450pd (Via Umbrella) Location; Cheltenham; 2-3 days a week in the office Length of Contract; 4 -6 months Start Date; ASAP Responsibilities Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reportingDevelop cost and margin analysis processesCollaborate with stakeholders to relay financial findings and manage budgetsLead budget management meetings and prepare budgets for stakeholdersPartner with Sales, Commercial, and Product Line teams on bid positions and modelsIdentify and manage key risks, opportunities, and compliancePresent financial models with recommendations to senior managementAnalyse and report on contract execution results and key revenue indicators Requirements Experience in business partnering and sales analysis within a finance functionBackground in a forward-thinking finance divisionProficient in ExcelExperience supporting budgeting processes.Ability to scrutinise business cases and extract key insightsExperience managing or influencing teamsSelf-starter with a positive "can-do" attitudeAbility to drive process improvements and efficiencies This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic global company.
