The successful candidate will act as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are developed. Main Accountabilities: Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyse, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs.Analyse, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.Partner with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing.Working as part of a team, you will liaise with the business, project managers and other analysts to deliver efficiencies and improvements to help drive excellence within the business.Working closely with all areas of the business and IT .Models and cultivates behaviours that achieve business success, including collaboration, accountability, and ownership.Deliver innovating configuration and workflow solutions to the main business applications to drive efficiency and success.Adhere to Quality Management guidelines, as directed, in line with the framework of ISO 9001.Ensure own H&S, and that of colleagues by complying with both legal and policy requirements.Highlight to the line manager any concerns regarding conflicting duties or areas of responsibility.
