As Finance Manager you will support the Senior Management Team in providing clear effective weekly and monthly reporting. You will be responsible for developing the finance function brand across the organisation, as an efficient and professional team that enables commercial growth. The Finance Manager role supports the preparation of monthly accounts, including cost management & profitability analysis. Key responsibilities include: Lead financial reporting and analysis, budget forecasting, working capital management, and risk and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-makingOwnership of the P&L, providing high quality monthly performance reviews, ensuring robust tracking against planPrepare and present financial reports, P&L bridges, EBIT analysis, Risk & Opportunity overviews and strategic narratives to support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of DirectorsAct as the financial business partner across the organisation, supporting project bids, cost and profitability analysis.Actively monitor and support cash flow generation through accounts receivable monitoringEffectively manage, develop and enhance robust internal financial controls and governance.Management of the group company annual audit.Provide ad hoc analysis and provision of financial advice as required to support leadership team in decision-making and monitoring of financial performance.Management of financial regulatory reporting including Government Forms, where applicableManagement of the on-site finance teamConsolidation of monthly and annual accounts Our preferred candidate: Minimum 5+ years’ experience of working in a finance functionStrong effective and communication skills both written and verbalGood organisational, planning and time management skillsExperience of managing a team and cross function business partnering Desirable Previous experience of using Sage 200Part qualified/newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or similar by experienceExperience in project accounting For more information on this excellent career opportunity, please contact Laurence Jago at REED Belfast.
