Assistant Merchandiser
Quest Search & Selection are currently recruiting for an Assistant Merchandiser for an established fashion & accessories retailer within a branded, luxury environment. This omnichannel business is a well-recognised brand within the UK and globally, currently stocking both own-label and branded products within a luxury/premium setting. Key Responsibilities of this Assistant Merchandiser role: Analyse sales and stock data to drive trading actions and forecasting for continuity lines, managing reorders and stock control.Build strong supplier and brand relationships, securing in-season repeats and managing slow-moving stock and returns.Oversee stock intake and warehouse flow, liaising with Buying, Distribution and Brand teams.Propose and model promotional activity, lead mid-season trading reviews, and deliver insight to inform Buying strategy.Provide ad-hoc analysis, manage and develop a Merchandise Admin Assistant, and conduct store visits to identify opportunities and risks.
