Assistant Accountant
Role: Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Assistant Accountant to assist them for a 3 month role. You be will be responsible for following duties: Assist with monthly reconciliation of Balance SheetsAssist with the management and reconciliation of Fixed Asset LedgersProcess and reconciliation of Accruals and PrepaymentsAssist the Management Accountant with variance analysis of monthly overhead expensesTo post general journals and ledger adjustmentsProvide support to extended finance team members as required. GeneralTo assist with ad hoc finance projects and reporting as necessaryTo assist where required in the transition to new ERP systemReporting discrepancies, mistakes or potential fraud to senior managementComplying with financial laws and regulations alongside in-house policies. Profile: The successful temporary Assistant Accountant will have 2-3 years experience working in a similar role and have experience with balance sheet reconciliations. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client are a reputable recruitment Company based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Salary & Benefits: The temporary Assistant Accountant role will be paying circa £120-£152 per day, dependant on experience.
