Application Support Manager 37.5 hours per week £35,000 per annum, plus staff benefits We are seeking an Application Support Manager for a visual and performing arts venue situated at one of the world's most exciting culture and media destinations. This venue houses an award-winning primary ticket agency providing sales for over 30 other venues throughout the UK. The Application Support Manager is accountable for the management of our UNIFY ticketing system, oversight of the Setup and Support Team, and the delivery and maintenance of all Software as a Service (SaaS) clients and managed ticketing services. Our wide range of clients includes other theatres, heritage railways, and immersive events. Responsibilities include managing and developing the ticketing platform, including all upgrades and implementations, as well as testing, demonstrating, and deploying new system functionality in line with agreed deployment deadlines. The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of computerized box office systems and reporting functions, with experience in team line management and development. A high level of numeracy, literacy, and competence with Microsoft Excel is essential. The role will be based on-site, providing technical support and training to all clients and departments. There will also be opportunities to demo the system at industry events and in sales pitches, answering client questions, and providing quick solutions on the fly.
