Payroll Administrator
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (flexibility available) Hybrid working is available, after a successful probation period Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator? What you’ll be doing: Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you’ll be part of a busy team responsible for the accurate and timely payment of salaries, administering absence and supporting employees with any payroll related queries. In addition, you’ll: Ensure that payroll deadlines are met/ adhered toProcess starter and leaver informationAdjust payments accordingly for sick pay or any other statutory paymentsComplete and return payroll data to HMRC, pension providers, Courts Service, Office of National Statistics and Child Support AgencyAssist with year-end processes/ reportingDevelop payroll processes, procedures, and system updates. You will have experience of working as a payroll professional, having previously worked within a busy, fast-paced environment. It is advantageous if you have a qualification in Payroll, however not essential, as experience is key!
