Average Actuarial Analyst salary in the UK

IDEX Consulting are looking for a number of Actuarial Analysts to join our clients GMP Equalisation team. They have a unique approach to solving the problems around GMP and are looking for technically minded people to join their friendly and supportive team. Previous experience in GMP calculations is an advantage, a desire and ability to grasp complex actuarial concepts and find solutions to them is a requirement. In this role you will be working as part of the GMP team to assist clients in equalising pensions for their scheme members. Responsibilities: Working with and understanding member dataReviewing complex calculationsReviewing written advice to clients on this topicCommunicating results to client teams and supporting them as you work through the projects togetherRegular liaison and communication with the GMP team, client team and other departments in XPSOpportunity to get involved in specialist research and development teams in areas that interest you.
