Yard Operative

Are you immediately available? Do you have experience working in a Production or Warehouse Environment?

A leading and successful provider of Environmental Testing are seeking a Yard/Dispatch operative to be based across 2 of their sites in Burton on Trent. Sites are based 15 mins apart and advance notice will be given for which site you will be working at. The role will involve packing and dispatching boxes of bottles and receiving deliveries.

Role Overview

• Packing bottles into boxes for delivery and dispatch.
• Receiving deliveries and unpacking.
• Ensure yard area kept clean and tidy
• Monday-Friday 07:45-16:00 (39 hours per week)Initially temporary with a view to going permanent.

Requirements

• Driving License Essential
• Prior experience in a Production or Warehouse Picking and packing role is desirable.
• Good Manual Handling skills and ability to use a computer.
• Must be highly motivated and reliable.
• Must be based a commutable distance from site and available immediately.
