Yard Assistant

In this role you will work as part of our external team of staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assisting customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and checking orders
• Storing stock safely
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Counterbalance Forklift Licence preferred but not essential.
• Building industry knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous yard assistant experience is preferred but not essential.

You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis so we are looking for someone that:

Please be aware the shift pattern for this role includes alternate Saturday mornings.
