Workshop/Warehouse Labourer

Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add a Workshop/Warehouse Labourer to their team on a permanent basis. You’ll be based in the Kintore area.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Salary: £25K – £29K

Daily Duties –

• Assist with workshop duties e.g. assembling, and disassembling tools, mobilisation / demobilisation, and equipment returns
• Assist with warehouse duties e.g. moving materials, equipment, and stock within the yard and stores, picking, and packing orders, booking in/out goods 
• Ensure deliveries and collections are checked and any discrepancies reported
• Undertake general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and tidy environment
• Operating forklift when required

Candidate Requirements –

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a yard, stores, or workshop environment
• Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
• Forklift licence B1/B2/B3 (desirable)
• Driving Licence (essential)
