Workshop Team leader

Taskmaster Resources is on the lookout for a Fitter to be based from our clients Camberley site.

Duties:

• To provide supervision of a maintenance workshop serving a diverse range of vehicles, equipment and plant.

• Compliance with legislative and company standards of all equipment and tools.

• Health & Safety of Workshop.

• Monitoring Fitter performance, quality and productivity.

• Maintain cost controls.

• Actively identify and develop effective ways of delivering service.

• Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

Skills and requirements:

• Experience of maintenance workshops ideally in a supervisory role.

• Able to demonstrate workshop planning knowledge.

• Experience in performance managing teams.

• Significant "On Tools" experience.

• High level of problem solving skills.

• Sees safety as top priority and delivers a positive impact on people’s wellbeing.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

• Self-motivated, leads, motivates and enthuses team to achieve results.

• Focused on business objectives while managing day to day activities.

• Proactive planning and management skills to deliver service.

• Builds enduring customer relationships.

• Full driving licence, minimum C+E.

  • City and Guilds Motor vehicle level 1, 2 and 3.

Pay: £46,000 (£20.81ph)

Hours: Mon-Fri: 45 hour week

Temp to perm position.
