Are you a motivated individual who has the ability to drive a team of staff within both the warehouse and the sales department? I am recruiting for my client who has an established trusted name within the exhibition and events industry, to have a workshop manager join them on a permanent basis.

• Monday-Friday
• Flexibility on working hours as long as 40-45 hours are worked each week.

The responsibilities of the Workshop Manager:

• Maintain awareness and ensure full compliance with Health and Safety is adhered to
• Checking quality control
• Scheduling and monitoring timelines
• Managing staff within the sales department as well as on the shop floor
• Ensuring all work is carried out in a timely manner and

The successful Workshop Manager must:

• Have a strong knowledge of HR and Health and Safety
• Have joinery experience
• Be compliance efficient
• Have previously worked within the exhibition or events industry
