Workplace Health Sales Consultant (Non-Clinical Services)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location: Home based with occasional travel to UK client sites
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience (plus commission based on reasonable target attainment)
SUMMARY
A Workplace Health Sales Consultant is responsible for closing sales for a variety of Non-Clinical Services including Workplace Adjustment and Neuro Diversity Services, Disability Training and Consultancy and Health Coaching; discussing our client’s offers with businesses of all sizes, including existing clients, and those from their wider portfolio. They will work towards an annual target that links to the overall team target and will be expected to operate as part of a team, performing all key sales tasks and behaviours which lead to a healthy closing ratio.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Responding to, developing, and converting incoming sales enquiries, upselling complementary services where relevant.
- Identifying and developing relationships with strategic clients to maximise opportunity value.
- Quickly developing a deep understanding of their non-clinical services offers to educate businesses.
- Working on targeted sales projects which may involve outbound calling i.e. following email campaigns.
- Use your authenticity, commercial awareness, and communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within businesses.
- Consistently striving to attain/exceed your target.
- Working collaboratively to pass on client feedback to help them refine and improve their Non-Clinical Services offers.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- No qualifications required
- Experience within the occupational health/related industry is desirable but not essential
