  • Job title: Multi-lingual (Dutch, German and English speaking) Customer Care Agent
  • Working from Home (may be required to return to office in the future)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Rate: £10.50 p/h

Our client is one of the most recognised brands in the world. They provide call centre customer service and support on behalf of leading brands including baby care, adult care, feminine care and family care.

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be providing high quality and responsive support to customers around Europe. You will be liaising with other departments to provide two-way communication in a professional, courteous and prompt manner. Effectively working with customer care teams on issues that require attention and providing a timely resolution to any issues or queries.

  • MUST be fluent in ALL 3 of the following languages: Dutch, German and English
  • Must be professional and empathetic towards conversations
  • Customer care experience is preferred
  • Call centre experience is preferred
  • Good communication and phone manner
  • Must be able to work full time
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
