100% remote (Head Office based near to Bristol)

£60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits

An international company going through significant growth is currently looking for an experienced Working Capital professional to join a newly established team embarking on a programme of initiatives across trade working capital to accelerate cash generation.

The Working Capital Manager will undertake a number of project management, reporting and analysis and governance activities as well as supporting tactical interventions across stock management, trade debtors, trade creditors and rebate recovery. The individual will provide monthly reporting and insights, support action planning and monitor progress, escalating issues as appropriate.

Duties include:

• Generating weekly and monthly reporting
• Supporting market CFOs in preparing for SteerCo and Balance Sheet Reviews
• Supporting Procurement, Ops and Finance teams with guidance, analysis and energy towards delivery of improved visibility and heightened accountability
• Developing insightful and meaningful analysis, turning that into presentations and helping to build stakeholder engagement
• Progress tracking and following up action plans across multiple markets
• Facilitating meetings, performance reviews and improvement workshops
• Tracking and analysing variance to working capital targets across key markets, helping to move our analytical maturity from descriptive to diagnostic

Skills/Experience required:

• Proven knowledge and experience of trade working capital
• A self starter who is able to manage work independently.
• High levels of credibility to influence a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Results oriented, committed to hands on delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles where cash generation has been a priority
