The role
We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant to join our Client's Workday Delivery
Team - playing a leading role in designing and delivering the implementation of new
functionalities, integrations and releases. We are looking for an individual with significant Workday HCM experience - both in driving workday functional design/build and soliciting requirements from business
stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Experience with HCM; Compensation; Benefits and Payroll integrations
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear lines of
- Experience of working with both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies. * Experience working in a complex, global organisation
