Be part of this exciting opportunity to join the Work Experience team at Milton Keynes College.

We are seeking innovative and self-motivated people to establish and maintain strong relationships with both employers and students to deliver a varied range of exciting and meaningful work-based learning activities. You will work closely with students to ensure they are matched appropriately to placements and support with interview preparation. A key part of the role will involve liaising with the various curriculum areas and building relationships with local employers.

This is a 1 year fixed term opportunity so we are happy to consider those looking to complete an internship.

As the successful candidate you will have
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification
  • GCSE grade C/ Level 2 English and GCSE grade C/ Level 2 Maths
  • Experience of maintaining and establishing effective links with employers
  • Previously worked as an integral part of a team with quality as a prime focus
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A passion to support young people into the world of work

Milton Keynes College is proud to be an open and inclusive general Further Education College welcoming learners of all levels and delivering an exceptional educational experience. The College offers a broad range of qualifications with more than 3,000 16 - 18-year-old full-time students studying vocational courses, apprenticeships and Higher Education at our campuses in Milton Keynes. In addition, the College delivers employability and skills training programmes to 3,000 people in local community learning centres.
