Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal to join their established team in Thatcham. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for Private Client matters to contribute to a Legal 500 Tier 1 team and work alongside industry leaders. The successful candidate will assist in managing a caseload under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in handling a range of Private Client matters, including:
  - Supporting in drafting and executing wills.
  - Assisting in drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  - Providing support in estate administration for non-taxable and taxable estates.
  - Assisting in the drafting of Deeds of Variation.
  - Supporting in the creation and administration of trusts.
  - Contributing to marketing and business development efforts.

Requirements:

- Previous experience or strong interest in Private Client matters.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to business development initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
