Job Title: Welder Fabricator

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £14.40 - £16.00ph DOE

Metalis are currently in partnership with a specialist manufacturer in Rotherham. Due to continuous growth, our clients are looking to hire skilled Welder Fabricators on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with mild steel, Zintec and galvanized sheet.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering 2D & 3D drawings.
  • Fabricating & welding metal components or structures
  • Performing quality checks on finished products.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures.
  • Proficiency in operating an overhead crane is an advantage.
  • Welding experience/certification is an advantage.

Shifts and Salary:

  • Days only, Monday - Friday.
  • Regular overtime.
  • 12 weeks temporary to permanent/permanent position.
