You will be the first point of contact for around 50 clients using 6-8 products. However, initially, you will be the first point of contact for clients who are transitioning from one web based application to another.
You will be responsible for liaising with, and supporting these clients over the phone, email and via one to one webinar training.
To be considered for this position you will:
Have a true interest and passion for technology as a whole and websites in particular, to be internet savvy with 1st and/or 2nd line support experience.
*Have experience in producing and running webinar sessions
*Have excellent listening and communication skills including email, telephone and ticket portal
*Have an enquiring mind that encourages questioning and problem solving
*A customer centric attitude
*Be able to work autonomously
*Want to become the "go to person" and progress up-to eventually running the company support
