Warehouse Team Leader

Wild Recruitment have teamed up with a fantastic employer based in Milton Keynes in their search for a Warehouse Team Leader.

Our client is a market leader in their field and is offering a role where you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse and distribution operations.

They are looking for a real leader and a person who wants to grow with them. If you are looking for a new chapter and already have Team Leader experience then this role could be for you!

The role

• Managing staff on shift
• Making sure that day to day operations are running smoothly
• Recruiting, interviewing and training of new staff
• Managing rota's and weekly time sheets
• Maintaining safe working environment
• Dealing with any issues in a professional manor and escalating to the relevant departments

You must

• Confident in supervising a team
• Maintain a great working relationship and confident in conversing both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and extremely organised
• Methodical approach to day to day tasks
• Support the team and lead from the front
