This is opportunity to join a well know brand who are continuing their growth across several areas of the business, with the Warehouse Team Leader being a key hire for the business.

You won't be working in a 'typical warehouse environment' here.

This is a role where you'll join an established but growing team in a business which branches across the UK, supplying its customers with the highest quality products and best in class service.

The business have a genuine commitment and personable approach to leadership and development of you and the wider team, and will expect that you do the same in the guidance of your own team.

You'll work on the PM Shift Monday & Friday.

What you'll do

• Take leadership of a team of 20, increasing during peak times.
• Ensure exceptional standards across your area, with a focus on the health, safety & wellbeing of your team.
• Lead your team through engagement, coaching and mentorship.
• Develop your team, identifying areas of continuous improvement and supporting those with an ability to progress.
• Lead and implement training across your area.
• Plan your teams rota, hours and overtime ensuring you plan to budgets.
