My client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their dynamic Operations Department, the expectation for this role will be higher as the role will be responsible for the day to day running of our Production and you will work closely with our Operations Supervisors and Manager.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Stoke Ferry (Kings Lynn)

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours (6am to 5pm)

Salary: £31,200 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all production staff are working to our standards and following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Operations supervisors and manager to improve operational efficiency and optimise workflows.
• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in our production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and technical issues, implementing necessary repairs or escalating when needed.
• Calibrate and adjust machines settings to achieve desired output.
• Monitor production output and quality, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Assist with equipment installations and modifications.
• A function of the role may involve lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 20kg.
