ARE YOU A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR?

DO YOU HAVE FORKLIFT LICENCES FOR COUNTERBALANCE AND REACH TRUCK?

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s market-leading organisation. Working Monday-Friday on the night shift, you will be one of the most senior members of staff on shift, leading a team in a hands-on role where you will be operating forklifts on a regular basis.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be:

• Leading a team , ensuring all areas a fully staffed at all times.
• Training new staff and ensuring current staff are trained correctly.
• Supporting the team by operating forklifts to move stock and prepare orders.
• Planning racking and floor space for stock.
• Ensuring all incoming stock is correctly labelled.
• Leading weekly stock checks of raw materials and passing on the results to the correct teams.
• Any other duties required.

The successful Warehouse Supervisor will have / be:

• Previous experience within a warehouse supervisory role.
• Forklift licences for both Counterbalance and Reach Truck – inhouse licenses accepted.
• Experience working within a manufacturing company would be highly advantageous, especially within food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of stock control systems.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills as you will be one of the most senior members of staff on shift.
