45 hours per week

With shift responsibility from goods in, through to dispatch, you will engage, motivate, and manage your team to ensure productivity targets are achieved and high levels of customer service are delivered.

To join us as a Warehouse Shift Manager you will have previous supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse operation. You’ll live and breathe Customer First, and you’ll enjoy working as part of a bigger team with a dedicated focus on results. You’ll have good commercial awareness and strong analytical skills which you’ll use to make sound decisions.  A great communicator, you will be people focused and have the skills to get the best out of your team. Tenacious and resilient you’re a pro-active problem solver, with the drive and determination to overcome challenges and succeed.
