Warehouse Operatives

Insight Employment are seeking Warehouse Operatives to work for a client of ours in Northwest Milton Keynes.

The Role: -

You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non-profit company. Your main purpose as a Warehouse Operative is ensure the safe and efficient picking, packing, and dispatching of goods and products. This is fairly light work with most of the products being clothing.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of product is conducted in accordance with manual handling procedures.
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency.
• Achievement focused.

• You will need to be able to understand health and safety procedures and be able to work in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and the safety of others.
• Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse.

• Must be a team player with a positive effect on the mood.
• Must be self-motivated with a flexible approach to workload.
• Must have a hands-on and proactive with a positive "can do attitude".
• Must be customer focused.
• Must have a disciplined approach to work including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus, and great attention to detail.
• Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working and warehouse processes.
• Must be self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change.
• Must Keen eye for Health & Safety, reporting all relevant incidents and potential issues.
• Must have an excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Must have excellent timekeeping.

Shift/Hours: -

This is working Monday to Friday full time.

08:00am-16:00pm

Rates: -

£12.05 per hour

Temp to Perm positions available for suitable candidates.
