We have an opportunity for candidates interested in a Temporary to Permanent Warehouse Operative Position.

Location Crick NN6

The hourly rate is £12.30 per hour.

This is full-time ongoing role Monday to Friday on a day shift 8:45M – 5:15PM.

Day to day duties as a warehouse operative:

  • Execute warehouse tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • FLT experience preferred although not essential
  • Picking products via a manual pick sheet.
  • Packing large orders for national customers.
  • Wrapping of pallets with use of wrapping machine.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and targets.
  • Loading and unloading of stock
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations is essential.
  • Heavy lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
