Warehouse Operative

Our clients are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Grange Park in Northampton, on a full-time, permanent basis…that’s right, this isn’t just a temporary role for busy periods, you could have a long-standing career with us!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
• Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as inbound, outbound, and stock control
• Picking and packing of goods from our e-Commerce clothing brand
• Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis

Initially, you’ll be working 40 hours per week, on an 'any 5 from 7’ basis (weekend working is essential for this role). We have vacancies across our PM shift (15:00 - 23:00).

Pay, benefits and more:

• An hourly rate of £12.65 for PM shift taking your target earnings to £22,007
• An additional £1 per hour for working weekends
• Overtime paid after 37.5 hours per week - from £15.95 per hour for PM shift
