Warehouse Operative

Location: Lee-on-Solent

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 plus fantastic benefits! 

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8AM-5PM, Friday 8AM-4PM
 
Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Lee-on-Solent that are looking to recruit an experience Warehouse Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. 
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Load customer collected goods.
  • Processing returns. 
  • Maintain and repair necessary equipment. 
  • Checking and packing customer orders.
  • Asset repair and maintenance. 
  • Hazardous goods packaging and labeling. 
  • Loading customers orders onto carrier when required.
  • Unloading container deliveries as required.
  • Provide additional support to other departments. 
  • Local delivery of goods. 
  • Assist with preparation of equipment for large contracts. 
  • Replenish stock levels ready for picking
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. 
 Ideally you will have:
  • A minimum 2-3 years previous experience in a warehouse setting. 
  • Full UK clean driving license. 
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting. 
  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft packages) 
  • Reachtruck/Forklift Licence. 
  • Experience in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration desired, but not essential. 
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
