We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives with quality control experience to work 12 Hour Day Shifts for a well known clothing retailer in Redhouse Interchange DN6 7FB with free parking onsite, ongoing work available with set shifts, and overtime paid at enhanced rates!

Shifts Available: 6am-6pm (0600-1800)
Sunday to Wednesday one week, then Sunday to Tuesday the next week rotating weekly

Pay Rate:  £11.44 per hour+ overtime paid at x1.5 rate 

As Warehouse Operative you will be working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse environment undertaking any of the following duties:
  • Returns:- Includes using a PC to process stock at a workstation, involves lots of standing.
  • You will be checking items returned from customers to ensure they are fit for stock and processing them to the correct area.
  • A good level of product care is required as well as English as a lot of written information is given on the PC to be followed.
  • Working with customer returns, assessing the items that are being returned and deciding what to do with them next (either sending them back to stock, refurbishment, staff shop, clearance shops, charity or to be destroyed).
  • You many need to move pallets of stock using pump trucks after appropriate training provided by team coaches.

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following experience:

  • Warehouse Operative experience 
  • Previous experience in quality control or returns department
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work in a targeted environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent attention to detail
