Warehouse Operative

We have an exciting opportunity for skilled Warehouse operatives to join a well-established company located in Daventry NN11.

Hours:

Monday - Friday

Early Shift 06:00am-4:30pm

Late Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm

Overtime available

Pay:

Salary of £11.63 - £18.01 per hour

Working as a warehouse operative in Daventry:

You will work accurately under pressure, safely and securely, and possess a desire to learn & develop. The role is physical and hands-on.

• To assist the Operatives in accurately picking customer orders, completing stock rotations and replenishing stock;
• To perform any other reasonable task as requested by more senior staff;

Skills

• Forklift license and experience desired but no necessary.
• Strong organisational skills with professional and clear communications skills;
• Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment, motivation, and flexibility;
• Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision;
• Possess strong numeracy skills;
• Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and work to tight deadlines;
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices.
