6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Shifts Available

YOU WILL BE WORKING 5 DAYS ON A ROTA BETWEEN MONDAY AND SATURDAY. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS.

£11.44 per hour

1st Choice Recruitment are currently seeking hardworking and detail-oriented individuals with previous warehouse experience to join our Bedford based client’s team as Warehouse Operatives.

This role offers brilliant opportunities for career advancement as it is a temporary to permanent vacancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to established procedures.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to accurately record and track inventory movements.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Safely operate manual handling requirements, maintaining high standards throughout.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work and take instructions. 
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
