Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Beverley

Payrate: £11.44 per hour

Hours- 41.5 hours per week

Monday-Thursday: 8.00am-5.00pm

Friday: 7.00am-3.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Receive, check and store goods coming in, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process.
• Picking/packing, check, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Weighing and measuring products to the correct quantity, sealing containers and labelling correctly
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report any discrepancies promptly to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Follow quality service standards, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring high-quality work output.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
