Warehouse Logistics Operator

This is a great opportunity to be fully trained to work within Warehouse Logistics.

The role involves picking and finding items in the warehouse from the order form or pick list.

Once items have been found prepare the relevant documentation for the good to enable it to be despatched. Full training will be given and will include producing airway bills and overseas documents if required.

The role also includes assisting with stock take, ensuring accurate inventory levels and counts are documented.

The role also includes basic computer skills for data entry and preparation of paperwork.

Experience and Personal skills required

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic IT skills, able to be crossed trained on in house system
  • Attention to detail as shipping paperwork must be accurate
  • Team Player, flexible attitude
  • Positive attitude and helpful disposition
  • Ideally some warehouse experience but not essential
  • Must be able to be security vetted
  • Good physical stamina, heavy lifting may be involved

Finally a fork lift licence would be very useful but again not essential as full training will be given to operate the fork lift.

Hours of work are 8am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to midday on Friday’s.
