To support the Warehouse Team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Dispatch Operative

  • Checking of orders
  • Dispatch of orders
  • Maintaining tracking logs
  • Dealing with shipment queries
  • Dealing with delivery returns
  • Arranging weekly client 'send outs’.
  • Sending tracking to relevant admin and accounts personnel.
  • Completion of returns spreadsheet.
  • Arranging monthly client 'send outs’.
  • Arranging postal wage slips for selected staff members.
  • Updating DHL with new stock items and HS codes for new products.
  • Processing orders for selected portal clients.
  • Support team with annual stock counts.

Key Competencies of a Warehouse Dispatch Operative

  • The ideal candidate will be a good fit for the existing warehouse team.
  • No previous qualifications necessary as full training will be provided, however, a sound knowledge of Outlook and Excel, along with great verbal and written communication skills is a must.
