Accounts Receivable Manager - Reading (Hybrid) - 38000 - 45000 Our client are an exciting and rapidly growing&nbsp;technology&nbsp;company, currently at&nbsp;SME size, based in&nbsp;Reading, that are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to take ownership of the Receivables and Billing function. This Accounts Receivable Manager will be solely responsible for managing the end-to-end Receivables&nbsp;process, ensuring prompt billing, accurate management of the ledger, and that payment is secured promptly&nbsp;when order has been fulfilled. As Accounts Receivable Manager you will: Oversee and monitor the end-to-end finance processes (payments, refunds, credit notes, invoicing) Ensure policies and standards relating to accounts receivable and revenue activities are adhered to Maintain robust controls around end-to-end processes Continually maintain an accurate sales ledger Build and maintain strong relationships with customers With colleagues in the function, manage the shared Accounts inbox Support the team to continually improve processes and automate as much as possible over time To be the successful applicant you will: Ideally&nbsp; Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, demonstrating career progression throughout that time Largely have gained your experience to date in an SME environment Be able to demonstrate an ability to make useful changes to receivables processes, increasing efficiency Be excited to take ownership of the function and progress with the company as they grow Have a notice period no longer than 1 month - 6 weeks ideally This company will offer: Competitive salary and bonus A Hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days a week in the office in&nbsp;Reading Competitive benefits package and a genuine opportunity to progress and grow Accounts Receivable Manager - Reading (Hybrid) - 38000 - 45000

Job Title:&nbsp;Group Financial Controller-&nbsp; 100,000 - 130,000 Location: &nbsp;South Oxfordshire Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a rapidly growing and well-known&nbsp;Manufacturing company based in South Oxfordshire.&nbsp; Role Purpose: To lead accounting operations, including transactional management, regulatory and financial reporting, and development of internal control policies and procedures for the Group. Evaluate and manage Company risk and preserve Company governance through development, implementation, review and analysis of effective controls, and review of financial ERP-dependent processes. Leading the Financial Operations and Financial Accounting Teams, you will be responsible for statutory reporting, technical accounting, working capital management, and contributing to corporate strategy and Company direction. Key Responsibilities: Accounting and Financial Controls: Oversee control accounts and reconcile financial data. Review and validate management account journals. Ensure accuracy in monthly management accounts. Statutory &amp; Compliance: Ensure compliance with HMRC and other tax regulations. Manage the annual external audit process. Prepare annual data and reports for our insurance broker. Collaborate with taxation advisors to meet all taxation deadlines. Review and approve quarterly VAT returns. Prepare annual R&amp;D tax claim submissions. Treasury and Cash Management: Monthly hedge management. Monitor and manage FX exposure through intergroup transfers. Assess and mitigate interest rate risks in collaboration with lenders. Prepare and submit monthly management information to lenders. Manage debt and interest payments effectively. Payroll: Review and approve monthly payroll. Oversee payroll-related reporting to employees, including P60s and P11Ds. Manage all reporting and payments to HMRC associated with payroll. Direct Reports: Lead and mentor a team. Skills and attributes: ACA/ACCA/CIMA, 6 years PQE Detailed knowledge of technical accounting matters and complex transactions Analytical mindset Proven project management skills Strong communicator of financial information to non-finance colleagues Strategic and forward-looking ERP management or development desired Experience managing a diverse and high-performing team under pressure Previous experience within a Manufacturing company is highly beneficial Salary 90,000 - 130,000 plus bonus and benefits South Oxfordshire
