Volunteer Coordinator

The role of Volunteer Coordinator is specifically steering a huge nationwide volunteering programme, and is responsible for working with internal colleagues, and several external stakeholders, to ensure the smooth operational management of the programme.

The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for UK wide infrastructure of the programme and the entire customer journey.

We are looking for:

• An experienced individual with strong interpersonal skills, who can talk to anyone and manage their time effectively
• Excellent solution focused individuals who don’t stop when they hear that something might not be possible.
• Project and time management experience, budgeting and reporting
• Someone who can demonstrate experience of working and communicating effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Job type: Full time, permanent - hybrid working and flexible working hours

Salary: £34K plus excellent benefits including CPD, 38 days holiday and many other employee perks.
