Voids & Asset Team Administrator
Do you have good administration skills?
We are recruiting for a client for an ongoing role within the Voids and Asset Management team.
This is a busy and varied role supporting the Voids team in general administration. up-dating databases and spreadsheets and dealing/coordinating with tenants, internal departments and contractors.
• Raising jobs for void properties
• Producing PO Numbers
• General Administrative support to the team
• Process kitchen and bathroom orders to specification for Void properties
• Maintaining accurate component and financial records for costing purposes
There is free parking on site. Hours are Monday – Thursday 9-5 and Fridays 9-4.15pm.
This is an administration based role, you must have high attention to detail matching address and contact details. There may be some telephone work as well.
