Be part of something exciting and join CGI as a Vice President providing leadership and strategic direction for our Justice business within CGI's Central Government Business. This senior and exciting role will encompass the running and growing of this multi-million P&L business, incorporating end-to-end accountability, from business development to delivery, ensuring the Justice business objectives are achieved.
It is anticipated the role is likely to be based in London and/or near a major Central Government client, with some flexibility around travel as needed.
Your future duties and responsibilities
The Vice President will hold full Profit & Loss responsibility for the business including responsibility and accountability for TCV, Revenue, margin & cash aligned to the Justice sector business plan.
The successful candidate will play an integral role developing, maintaining and growing a strong leadership team, facilitate senior-level executive relationships with clients and partners and provide strong leadership with go to market strategies and direction to shape the future of the Justice business for CGI in the UK.
The successful candidate will ensure a balanced business between outsourcing, systems integration and consulting, bring the Best of CGI to the value of our clients and members, and hold delivery oversight, team lead, brand and ambassador responsibilities for CGI.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To be considered, we'd be looking for a proven track record of P&L management within the Justice Sector across Central Government, combining senior stakeholder engagement, programme delivery and business development expertise. The Vice President will offer leadership experience with significant annual revenues, financial management and a demonstrable track record in achieving profitable revenue growth whilst balancing the need of multiple stakeholders.
You will be well-versed in business development, sales pipeline and forecasting management experience, the ability to define strategies for success followed by the will to execute them. The opportunity will suit a results-orientated individual, passionate about their business, a proven team leader/builder, strong on technology with a demonstrable experience of business engagement with a deep level of market knowledge and insight.
The individual will likely be highly-networked with personal senior business contacts across the market and offer a tenacious, resilient approach to their work, supported by a high level of drive, energy and emotional intelligence.
Any particular strengths across media (providing industry perspectives relevant to the Justice markets), high value consultancy services, complex systems integration projects, outsourced services and IP led solutions, very advantageous.
