THE ROLE

As Venue Services Coordinator you will be working in a fast-paced environment monitoring and managing venue service requirements across the large site. Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the wider operations team including facilities and safety
  • Monitoring and tracking maintenance works across the site
  • Producing documentation including risk assessments and procedures
  • Working in line with the H & S policy
  • Maintaining material stock control
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers
  • Conducting new starter site inductions

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational/facilities management with a good understanding of H & S, a clean UK driving licence and excellent attention to detail.
