VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR

£26,000 p.a.

We have an exciting new vacancy to join a growing team on the outskirts of Leeds (LS12) This is a busy, varied role that would suit someone with experience of working on a service desk or within the motor industry. The team of two is expanding so it is a great time to join.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

  • Office based role.
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm.
  • Up to £26,000 depending on experience.
  • Christmas shutdown
  • Fun environment with lots of opportunity to showcase ideas and develop

A SNAPSHOT OF THE VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR'S DAY:

  • Develop relationships with dealers and garages to ensure the best outcome.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all queries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle repairs.
  • Be responsible for all administration associated with each case.
  • Effectively manage time to ensure workload remains up to date.
  • Challenge network providers in a way that minimises downtime.
