Vehicle Administrator

It is essential that you already have some experience working within the automotive industry and have excellent administration and IT skills.

The Job: Vehicle Administrator

• You will be responsible for acting as the support function to both the sales and buying departments, ensuring all vehicle s are correctly processed when entering and leaving the dealership.
• Invoice used cars, preparing appropriate company handover packs
• Ensuring all administration for the funding system is up to date
• Collaring and reconciling on daily banking
• Set up warranties for approved and non-approved cars
• Pushing lines for vehicle preparation
• Check and maintain reports
• General admin support to the sales team
• Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems

Experience Required: Automotive Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator

• You must have an excellent customer focused service background
• Up to date knowledge and IT literacy of Powerpoint, Excel and MS Word
• You will have an excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers
