Van Driver 'Nottinghamshire'

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work with one of our well-known National Clients 'Royal Mail'. We are recruiting for several depot's across Nottinghamshire, including Long Eaton, Nottingham City, Bulwell, Mansfield, Newark and Beeston.

You will be delivering letters and parcels to residential homes and properties.

Driver Responsibilities:

Driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle
Delivering post quickly and efficiently
Following a planned route
Maintain high integrity standards
Demonstrating friendly customer service

Driver requirement and skills:

A full and valid Cat B driving licence (manual) with no more than 6 points
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative
Experience of driving a 3.5t van is essential
Excellent customer service skills
Upbeat and self-motivated
Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather
Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role
Excellent organisational skills
Resilience and flexibility

Driver Key Information and Benefits:

Weekly pay
You will receive the following rate per hour (PAYE): £13.37 per hour
Temporary with possible opportunity of a permanent role

Driver Shift time:

Monday to Friday
Occasional Saturdays

Driver Duties:

Multi-drop deliveries
Letters and parcels to residential homes and properties.
Van will be provided.
